I am super excited to be speaking at this year’s IABC World Conference.
The IABC World Conference is a long-standing, global professional development event designed for communication practitioners. The only major conference of its type, the event typically draws 1,200 attendees from around the world.
The theme this year is RISE: Innovating Global Communication.
It represents our common goal, that is to elevate your career, to highlight the global rise of communication as a business-crucial part of the organization.
It immediately got me thinking – how do communicators better manage employee communications across disparate digital channels and overcome the challenges of channel and information overload?
In my talk I will share best-practice tips, facts and case studies to make messaging across digital channels more consistent and personalized to improve relevance and engagement.

- How to plan more coordinated employee communications across primary digital channels; intranet, email, enterprise social and mobile
- Through insight, know which channels to use, when and where and understand what is working and not
