Kristen leads a team that creates inspired experiences and engaging communications that touch hearts and minds, respond to the moment, and relay the story of Capital One’s inclusive culture – while elevating transparency and sparking conversation. Kristen’s team hosts dialogues engaging tens of thousands of Capital One employees, and leads an initiative which challenges employees to share their stories of identity in 6 words or less. Under her leadership, Capital One produced its first DIB annual report. Kristen graduated from Washington & Lee University (B.A.) and the University of Richmond (MBA), and resides in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and daughter. Tarikh Campbell is the Senior Program Manager for Diversity & Inclusion at Microsoft New England Research & Development. He works with engineering leaders, affinity groups, and community organizations to create more equitable and inclusive pathways for aspiring technology professionals. Tarikh is the former Senior Director of Marketing at The Partnership, Inc., one of Massachusett’s most highly regarded providers of leadership development programming tailored for professionals of color. Tarikh was also a peer collaborator in President Barack Obama’s 2016 Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders program. He is a frequent speaker on diversity in technology, social equity, and organizational inclusion. Tarikh holds a B.S. in Chemical-Biological Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has worked across biotechnology, IoT, and the non-profit sector.

Sia is a certified strategic communication management professional, a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, and past president of the Victorian chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She's also a past board director at IABC Asia-Pacific and is chair of the Global Communication Certification Council. In 2020 she was named IABC’s Chapter Leader of the Year, and in 2021, IABC Asia-Pacific named her Communicator of the Year.

Nishma is a Senior Specialist in International Communications at Gilead Sciences, and has been with the company for over a decade. She was the second team member in the newly formed Public Affairs team in the ACE (Australia, Canada, Europe) region, and has been an instrumental member of the team ever since.

She is central to the internal communications efforts across International, especially focusing on Inclusion & Diversity. She is a proud ally of the Pride Alliance Employee Resource Group and actively advocates for LGBTQ equality in the workplace via her role as communications lead of the Alliance.

Nishma has also led and project managed a number of key initiatives, including an external stakeholder reputation research study conducted across international markets, as well as a comprehensive internal Public Affairs needs analysis of the Intercontinental and GPS regions.

Innovator, entrepreneur and philanthropist Andrew Barnes has made a career of market-changing innovation and industry digitisation. Most recently, in New Zealand, Andrew triggered a revolution of the entire fiduciary and legal services industries, and the transformation he has led as the founder of Perpetual Guardian has positive implications both locally and globally (as evidenced by his announcement of the 4 day week, which made headlines around the world). The result has seen him establish 4 Day Week Global and the 4 Day Week Global Foundation with his partner, Charlotte Lockhart. Their vision for this is to provide a community environment for companies, researchers/academics and interested parties to be able to connect and advance this idea as part of the future of work. Through this work he is on the advisory boards of both the US and Ireland 4 Day Week campaigns and the board of the newly created Wellbeing Research Centre at Oxford University.
