Francis Forte is a marketing, communications and engagement leader with over 16 years of professional experience in creating and implementing successful national, regional and local marketing, communications and employee engagement campaigns. Currently, she is the employee engagement lead at Nicklaus Children’s Health System (NCHS), the parent organization of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and its network of nonprofit outpatient centers expanding the South Florida region. In this role, she oversees employee engagement initiatives for the organization including internal communications, recognition and rewards programs, and events. Before joining NCHS, Francis held the role of marketing specialist at CBRE, a multinational commercial real estate firm.
Victoria Mijares is a communications professional who currently working for Nicklaus Children’s Health System (NCHS) as their Employee Communications and Events Specialist. Prior to this role, she was employed in a similar position at Carnival Cruise Lines for three years. Known as an upbeat and productive member of internal communications and events team, she partners with all corporate departments to design and develop communication strategies aimed at increasing productivity and aligning corporate values to create a cohesive workplace that fosters a positive, team oriented environment.
