As the past VP, Global Head of Internal Communications, Joss led the global internal communications for GSK, driving engagement of more than 100,000 employees around the world.
Olga is a change, communications and engagement consultant and an executive coach. She has studied, worked and lived in a number of geographical and cultural contexts. In her corporate years Olga worked as Head of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs and Head of HR and Talent, having served on a number of top teams. She has a reputation for developing high performing teams and creating a fun and exciting work environment.
Nazia joined BDO LLP as their Internal Communications Manager in September 2017. Responsible for supporting the international communications strategy and people plan for over 5,000 employees, Nazia uses her extensive knowledge and understanding of the business and its people to create the right approach using the best channels to deliver messages across the firm. This includes establishing new channels of communication such as Poppulo and working closely with the supporting functions to ensure that the focus is on how to get colleagues to engage with key information in a creative way at the right time.
Sian joined CDK Global (then ADP) in 2014 as Internal Communications Manager. Responsible for building an international communications strategy that would engage Associates in 27 countries worldwide, Sian has established new channels, hosted global events, and worked closely with the Engagement team to launch a new survey and extend the reach of communications through a network of Champions.
Mike’s international clients include GSK, BAE Systems, Pfizer, Syngenta, TUI Travel plc, Thales, Vodafone and others. He founded Couravel in 2001 to work with clients to clarify and communicate purpose, vision and strategy, to design and deliver engagement programmes, and to develop the communication capabilities of leaders and managers. He works with private, public and third sector organisations.
Andrew is an experienced business leader with over 30 years experience in the technology space. Andrew has helped to pioneer cutting edge, innovative solutions over the course of his career.
